I got a bonus from work last week... and I want to spend some of it on something fun. So today is a day off. It's beautiful out, I have a ton of useful things I should be doing, or even, you know, SHOWERING. I am always fascinated by the changes in show titles and episode names in different languages. Sometimes, a show has a completely non-literal translation of its title (for example, The X-Files in French is Aux frontieres du reel, which translates more toward "On the edges of reality," which is both more descriptive a title and a much less ( Read more... )

I am having one of those days where I keep forgetting to have my glasses on. And it's not like they're reading glasses... I wear these all the time because I can't see without them.
